Your tickets can be picked up at the box office 45 minutes before your chosen performance. For best seating, please mail early!
You may make your reservation and pick up your tickets during box office hours at the theater. Box office hours will start 1-2 weeks prior to the show, and will be announced in Asides, and on the event page. Box office will also be open 45 minutes prior to each performance

Date you wish to attend
Number of seats you need and how many people are season members
An evening phone number
Please call or email at least 24 hrs. before the performance you would like to attend. We will return your call or email and confirm your reservation; at the time of confirmation all non-season members will require a credit card hold. If you cannot attend your reserved performance, please call the box office!
Ticket and Season Membership Prices
A note about credit cards
Red Mask now accepts credit cards — but NOT for online pre-payment. Credit card transactions are processed at the box office, not online, so please bring your card if you’ll be using it for payment. While the preferred method of payment remains cash or check, you may now purchase tickets or season memberships with credit card. As with all things, accepting credit cards comes at an expense: a $1.00 processing fee will be added for each ticket or membership purchased by credit card. Red Mask accepts VISA, MasterCard and Discover. American Express is not accepted. Reservations for non-members will only be held with credit card information. When you receive your confirmation call from the box office, you will be asked for your credit card information and a street address. Your card will only be processed in person or if cancellation notice is not provided. Again, a $1.00 fee per ticket will be added to the total.
